How Does Repairtagger Work?
1: Create a ticket
Scan a tag with your devices camera and create a new ticket. Add the customer, select repairs, and optionally add notes and images.
2: Repair the item
Easily view the work order and check off each item as you complete it.
3: Notify the customer
When all of a tickets repairs are completed and checked off, Repairtagger will ask if you would like to notify the customer. Just tap and an email or text will be composed for you.
4: Pick-up
When the customer arrives, scan the tag. Confirm that the item has been picked up - the ticket is automatically archived and your tag is ready to use on your next repair.
